With Aava Video Visit, you can contact the Aava Medical Centre personnel wherever you are. The Video Visit app provides a high-quality, secure video and sound connection between a health care specialist and the customer.

Our specialists treat many different ailments and symptoms via video visits. You can get advice, help and referrals for follow-up examinations, if necessary. A quick response saves you time and money. Video Visits can also be used for controls and follow-up, depending on the situation.

Once you have installed the Aava Video Visit app, sign in using the code sent as text message so that we can confirm your identity. For each video visit, you will receive an e-mail invitation with a link you can use to sign in for the appointment.

The application conforms with the EU data and patient security requirements.
